Ideally positioned moments from Ward Park, with Bangor`s Town Centre amenities including Bangor Library, Train Station, Bangor Marina, and Coastal Path just a short stroll and Belfast a simple 30 minute train journey away. With a delightful outlook over Hamilton Road Church, the impressive accommodation comprises an entrance hall, spacious lounge with an original fireplace, a modern kitchen with a built-in oven and hob recently fitted fully tiled family bathroom with bath and separate shower and three double bedrooms and a games room upon the top floor furnished with a sofa bed that can be utilised as a 4th bedroom. Externally there is a private garden with a patio and mature lawn/hedging offering an ideal space to relax after enjoying Bangor`s many amenities.
Location of this property could not be any better, literally a stones throw from Ward park which has a chain of small lakes providing wildfowl sanctuary with many interesting specimens and dry pens containing a large variety of exotic birds. Free live music at the Bandstand takes place every Sunday in July and August, 3pm-5pm, as part of the annual Open House Festival. Ward Park has also hosted a number of open air concerts at the Ward Arras side of the Park bringing in International artists including homegrown talent Snow Patrol. Its a five minute walk to main street/high street offering multiple coffee shops, restaurants and bars (most of which frequently have live music). If you wish to explore more of the surrounding area or Northern Ireland there are great road links to Belfast 12 miles, Newtownards 5 miles and further afield the Giants causeway is 70 miles and Dublin 115 Miles (approx. 2.5 hrs)
